NextPhase Auto provides structured remote diagnostic direction and EV battery health insight for owners, DIYers, and workshops.
We do not guess, rush to condemn parts, or rely on fault codes alone.
We focus on what fits, what does not, what is missing, and what the next sensible step should be.

Remote Diagnostic Direction for Modern Vehicles

When fault codes, test results, and experience no longer agree, NextPhase Auto helps turn symptoms, scan data, and repair history into a clearer next step.

NextMove Diagnostic

When diagnostics stall, the issue is not always a lack of testing — it is often a lack of clear direction.

NextMove Diagnostic is designed for situations where the usual steps, scan results, and standard pathways no longer yield useful answers.

Built around real-world diagnostic thinking. Focused on structure, not guesswork. Designed to give clearer next-step direction before more time, testing, or parts are committed.

We service the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads and South Brisbane.

NextMove Diagnostic

When diagnostics stall, the problem is not always a lack of testing — it is often a lack of clear direction.

NextMove Diagnostic is built for those moments when scan results, usual checks, and standard pathways stop producing useful answers.

It is not another shortcut or guess.
It is a structured way to approach difficult faults using clearer reasoning, stronger context, and more deliberate next-step direction.

Built around real-world diagnostic thinking.
Focused on structure, not guesswork.
Designed for those who want clearer direction before committing to more time, testing, or parts.

Because diagnostic clarity is not about having more answers.
It is about knowing when an answer is not yet justified — and what to do next.

SOH Pre-Scan Battery Health Check

  • Battery Truth, Not Just Charge Level

At NextPhase Auto, battery assessment is about more than charge level alone.

Our State of Health (SOH) testing helps give a clearer view of high-voltage battery condition and longer-term performance — not just current charge status, but battery integrity over time.

For the most useful results, testing is usually recommended at around 15–18% state of charge, where reporting can be clearer and less ambiguous.

The aim is to provide results that are:

    • clear
    • contextual
    • actionable

Depending on the case, reporting may help show:

    • battery condition and performance trends
    • signs of imbalance, degradation, or developing weakness
    • clearer next-step recommendations based on measured data

We believe battery decisions should be guided by evidence, not assumptions.

Reducing Uncertainty Before Parts Are Replaced

Component Verification, Not Blind Replacement

At NextPhase Auto, bench-level testing and component verification may be used when replacing parts blindly is not the right first move.

Not every fault point to a failed module. In some cases, confirming the condition of a suspect or replacement component can reduce unnecessary cost, avoid repeat work, and support a more informed repair decision.

Where appropriate, testing may be carried out on:

  • engine and transmission control units
  • selected hybrid and EV-related modules
  • immobiliser and key-related systems

This work is approached methodically, with fault isolation, condition simulation where relevant, and findings documented to support evidence-based decisions.

Component verification is used selectively — not as a cure-all, but where the cost of uncertainty is greater than the cost of proper validation.
